Lake Vanare Cabins & Lodge Reservation Policy
Availability of cabins at Lake Vanare Cabins & Lodge begins Memorial Day and the season is completed Columbus Day, with the exception of the Rustic Suite which is available year round.
July and August rentals are on a weekly basis only. (Sat. ~ Sat.)
During Spring and Fall we require a 2 night minimum.
Americade ~ a 3 night minimum is required.
Reservation and Payment information:
- Reservations are taken only via telephone (518)696-2197.
- We do not accept credit cards.
- A $300.00 Non-Refundable deposit is required for each (7) day rental.
- All weekly (7 days) rentals are reserved Saturday ~ Saturday.
- A (2) night minimum reservaton for Spring and Fall (3 night minimum for Americade).
- A $100.00 Non-Refundable deposit per daily rental for Spring, Fall and Americade is required.
- All Non-Refundable deposits must be received to guarantee your reservation. A letter of confirmation will be mailed or emailed to you (your preference).
- Remaining balance is due upon arrival in US currency. Cash only for new guests.
- We will accept a personal check from returning guests only.
- Checks should be made payable to Lake Vanare Cabins and mailed to PO BOx 448 Lake Luzerne, NY 12846
Please note the following:
- Please respect of the maximum occupancy for each cabin, we will not permit more than the occupancy noted (see Rates page for more info).
- We do not rent to any person(s) under the age of 21.
- Absolutely NO PETS are permitted on the premises.
- Camping is absolutely NOT permitted ~ this includes tents, trailers & vehicles.
- Parking is available at each cabin for (2) vehicles only.
- Check~in time is 3:00 PM and Check~out time is 10:00AM
*All Cabins are equipped with linens and blankets, kitchenware and gas cook tops (no ovens). Many have coffee pots, however, we do not provide them, you are welcome to bring your own.
Each cabin has an outdoor charcoal grill, picnic table and clothes line.
Towels are not provided.
